Fact: hotels use Twitter.
Interesting fact: some of them do it in a great way.
According to Inventorspot, some hotels have found a way to actually engage people. Not difficult, you might say, but getting 11.000 followers (like Marriott hotels) is not an easy business. And what’s more, following a huge number of people shows that these hotels have realised, in some degree, the full potential of the medium. They get feedback from them, answer to their enquiries and get the most out of them!
Well, it is not nuclear science but it is a quite interesting thing that companies finally understood what Twitter is about. 🙂
